These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online with The Goddess & The Green Man. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Delivery and Postage Costs
Postage and packing charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and vary according to which country you are ordering from. Orders are normally dispatched from our store within five working days, unless they is a delay. If an item is out of stock and there is going to be a delay, we will contact you by email and offer you a revised delivery date.
In the UK, postage and packing is worked out by the weight of your order. However, our minimum charge for any order in the UK is £4.25, and the maximum in the UK is £10.00.
At present we cannot ship to European addresses.
For orders to the USA, and beyond, the cost is also worked out according to the weight of your order.
We use a number of carriers depending on the weight and destination of each order: Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink.
Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time.
Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves on the quality of our goods and our service. Our Mail Order money back guarantee is unconditional. We want you to be happy! A full refund is available on any items or goods purchased from our online shop if they do not meet your expectations. You will have to pay the return cost of postage. If a return is necessary, please do the following:
* Contact us within 7 working days from the day after delivery and return the goods within 30 days.
* Contact us via email or in writing.
* In the event of an exchange please state your required exchange item clearly.
* Return to us with the products in their original packaging and labels.
* All goods must be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
* We recommend that any items returned to us should be sent by Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid.
* Please be sure we have your full name & address, phone number and email address.
* Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the invoice or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such items must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. We will endeavour fully to correct any failure with your order. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed carrier.
Upon your notification we will require the goods to be returned at our cost and they will be replaced with great speed, unless a refund is required. The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods.
We want you to be confident about ordering online. We use 256 bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure your details are safe and information you provide is fully encrypted so it cannot be read by third parties.
We strive to offer you the best customer service possible. We welcome all feedback about our online shop and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We will reply within five working days of receipt.
Our shop opening hours are 10.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Sunday (British time). Outside these hours there is an answerphone. Your call will be returned on the next working day.
We have a simple, but comprehensive, returns and refunds policy which means most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone.
Online - You can use this site by adding products to your virtual shopping bag and then use the secure checkout process to pay for them with your credit card. We accept Mastercard, VISA and PayPal. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
The vast majority of failed credit card payments are due to incorrect information given by the customer or because the card has just expired - watch those numbers as you put them in!
By phone - You can order any of our products by calling 01458 834697 and quoting the product name. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept Amex.
Products, Prices & Content
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.
Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.
Any information displayed on our website or other printed matter from the shop is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.
We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
We will collect and store information about you to allow us to primarily process and fulfill any order requirements, and secondly to add your name and address to our customer email mailing list which we send out several times a year informing you of new products or special offers. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time.
We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using our services.
The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephones numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details.
Your personal data will not be passed onto any other party in any circumstances.
Ownership of Goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of The Goddess & The Green Man until final payment owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
